We produce all our products fresh daily on the premises with the strictest of hygiene standards, great service and quality ingredients. We offer both catering and delivery service along with takeaway in our busy shop located on the Midlevels escalator. Chicken on the Run is a progressive company looking for fun, motivated people to join our team.

SOUS CHEF

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily hot and cold Food Preparation and Cooking

Assisting and Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor

Ensures an excellent quality product

Supplier ordering

Accurate record keeping

Follow budgets and job outlines closely

High kitchen hygiene standards

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years hot and cold cooking experience working with Western-style menus

Strong commitment to food quality and presentation

Sound knowledge of food processing methods

A passion for food and comfortable working in a small friendly team

Speaking, reading and writing English is essential

Well presented and good personal hygiene and grooming

Job available to valid Hong Kong ID or working visa applicants ONLY
